2011 Midwest Indoor Challenge, March 12th

Thanks to all involved in the 2011 Midwest Challenge. RoxBox, judges, sponsors, support staff and anyone else i left out.
I had a great weekend. It was worth the round trip 28 hour road trek.

Congrats to the winner and all the competitors.
Good to see folks again and meet some new ones. "thumbsup"

Another great event down and plenty more to come at The Rox Box! Thanks to Aaron for getting the place ready! Thanks Jeremy for taking care of all of the courses and scores! Congrats to the Top 5 and Farmer for taking the win with someone elses rig! Judges and spotter, you all did a great job! Thanks to the sponsors (although I have no idea what you did for the event!!!)

I am very happy with the work Aaron and crew did for marketing my Early Bronco body at the event. I donated four bodies to be given away, and with any luck concerning business growth, I will be able to do more in the future.

From the pics, the event looked like a blast. I am planning on going next year. I spent 8 hours** programming and CNC milling my son's pinewood derby racer this week, only to not be able to race it. He got into a fistfight in school on Friday.....

**- I've already taken my share of grief for the effort I put in on the derby racer, as my son is supposed to do the majority of the work. I really wanted an unproportionally scaled Early Bronco derby racer on the shelf in my office....

Anyone have a pic of what the event shirt looks like? Can't wait to get mine from Fish.

Hell yea!!! Can't wait to get it from Fish. Shirt looks sweet!!!!

I tried to get your t-shirt! I asked at least 4 different people and each sent me to some else. When the last one sent me back to the first one I gave up.

Would who ever has Mini's T-Shirt please send it to him,

If your in the laquinta, try channel 48.

for now on the N.O.S.T.R. CREW will request room 320 ....hahahaha....poor CARLOS :lmao:

Yeah it was fun, we had a good time too!

Likewise I gotta give props to nitrojeff and Mustangboy for the entertainment and stories last night. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard. :lmao:

Yeah, and I'm sure I missed more once Carlos from the front desked moved it from room 320 to the lobby.

I still hurt from NitroJeff's version of Mystery Science Theater done to the porno on channel 48.

Then we get "ASKED" to move to the lobby...before further action is required.

When the motocross boys showed up I thought Jeff was going to challenge them to some ROSHAMBO....oh well theres always ECC.

Thanks to Aaron, The ROX BOX, and the rest of my friends for making this a weekend to remember.

There is a bunch more people but I can not post all the names it will take forever. (You know who you are). Without all of you I would not have held together for 2nd place. (Best I have place for a big comp)
THANK YOU

Jeff grab the fridge and lets go. :lmao:

Big Thanks To Jeremy, Aaron, and Harley for all your hard work in putting this event together. The event was very fun. The finals course and bonus land was the most exciting finals I have ever ran.

Thanks to all the judges and others who helped with the event.

Big Thanks to Rockshow / T1E for an awesome and very competitive chassis!
And 66Bronco / Clover Custom Designs for the great tubes and steering setup!
Both you guys really help keep be on top of my game.

And to my teammates I ran with CRSmacgyver, 66bronco, Rockshow, BTF, Renoirbud, Fishmaxx, Redbaron, and probably forgot someone since so many people are willing to step in and help

And to Nitrojeff for the funniest ending we could have had to the weekend:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Big Congrats to Farmer on the win and Congrats to Bryan, Andy and Jesse on your top 5 finishes

I almost forgot Thanks Jeff the Jet for lunch it really hit the spot

Anyone think that The Rox Box is small, had slick rock, difficult (specifically gate #'s 2 & 3) courses, and was cold (45*) inside this past weekend?

Just curious.

Thanks!

Dan
