Vanquish Products SLW

Any word on when the SLW1 Respuns might be available?

And what is the difference between the DH Pro Comp II wheels and the DH PRO COMP wheels?

The dhII has adjustable widths, the dhI dont.

So if I it understand correctly, aside from being able to add weights to the wheels (either all 6, 4, 3, 2 or none) and in SS or Brass, the DH II wheels are also adjustable in increments of 1/8" for width from (____ to (____)?

Hey guys, I just got my Vanquish V6's and love them. But, I have now had the same problem that Weasel had back in March (one page back on this thread) with the beadlock screws stripping out. I have quality tools and do not have gorilla strenght but managed to strip out 6 screw heads. The last one striped the head just as it got resistance. Did your investigation come up with anything? Not a huge issue but I would hate to damage these wheels trying to remove a screw. Scratching them up on the rocks is one thing, but gouging them with a tool just sucks.

I wonder if this is why they also offer screw sets in 'zink plated steel' which might not be as soft and easy to strip as stainless steel can be.
I am still waiting for the SLW-1 Respuns to get back in stock.

Hi Vanquish,
just trying to find the closest to stock using width when using spacers for DH Comp 2.2 front, and SLW rear on an XR10.

I heard 585 DH2 spacer is ok for front (and allows one knuckle)
What if I use DH2 all around, what should I use in the back?

Still trying to figure out rear spacer for the rear SLW (1inch).

Thanks!

Web site wont let me order them.
rcc wont let me pm you.
Edit: fix it.

dh pro comp 2s clear. 835 hubs(losi)
Money ready.

The slws and eh pro comps are 2 different wheels since the dh can have weights put in them. But the slw v4 does match he dh pro comps

K i don't know what is up with VP but it seem like everytime i want something from them its never in stock.Maybe i just have s--t luck
Looking for a set a SLW and ya u can find a pair here and there but never a set.
A i try and order from my local LHS and all they say is are order got screwed again and it didn't ship were talking like three or four times now even the replacement orders haven't showed up.
So either you just like given people the run around and make them wait or ur just under staffed and can't keep up with the demand of there great products.
Don't get me wrong VP has a great product maybe to good.
I have had good service from them and i have had no service.

I do know when they do have something and it get shipped when its suppost to there delivery time is amazing.

My personal take on this is that VP is so concerned about getting the next best and great item on the market and they let other items fall behind.

Thanks
Mike

They make good stuff that sells well, and they are a small shop so stuff sells out quickly!

SLW V3s were in stock this morning when I checked.

We are in the process of a new run of slw's. .700 are running first then 1.0's

What lhs? If we have something in stock it gets shipped. Our inventory is usually pretty precise. But if the Lhs does not want to order online, and just send verbal requests through emails. Then not much we can do.

So either you just like given people the run around and make them wait
Why would we like this? I would rather sell/send an order.

or ur just under staffed and can't keep up with the demand of there great products.
Or, things out of our control happen?

I do not know your situation to make a comment.

We can only do good with what we have in stock. We can project and assume when products will run out of inventory. But even the best guess gets ruined.

My personal take on this is that VP is so concerned about getting the next best and great item on the market and they let other items fall behind.
Not our philosophy at all. I have been shelving new projects to keep up on inventory.
