Vanquish Wheels of Fortune

My wheels arrived safely in Santa Barbara yesterday.... Decided to take a midnight tour of the Space Needle, though...:flipoff:

That’s some BS bro

My wheels showed up today! I was anxious to see what VP had picked out for me. I ended up with a set of gold Method 105's, clear Holy rings and 600 SLW hubs.

Relief! Happy with the wheels! I like the wider 105's and I've always wanted a set of Holy rings. The 600 hubs may be a little too wide, but I may find a use for them in the future. For now I threw on a set of black 350 hubs I had in the spare parts bin. These wheels will more than likely be used on my new straight axle Builders Bundle that I plan on starting sometime after Thanksgiving.

Ima gonna get a set of scale hardware on order to make these look even purdee-er!:)

Nice spin of the Wheel guys! Them Bully's look awesome! Looks like you both won at the Wheel!8)

I've noticed that all of the wheel packages that I have seen are all signed by the same person. Anybody know who it is? I don't recognize the signature.

Brian that’s a pretty cool set. What I’ve enjoyed about these most is seeing all the combos I wouldn’t have thought of myself, but that actually look really good.

I think it was smart on vp’s part to do this, generates some hype, gets different products in customers hands, and I’m sure moved some serious inventory.

I know I’m much more likely to spend money on ifr or stylized rings after this.

Man, mounted up, those Bullys with that blue ring look really nice. Definitely a combo I wouldn’t have thought of. Reminds me of an impeller inlet.

Man that blue on black theme on them Bully's look awesome! And to top them off, wrapped in the Falkens!:) I can't wait to pick up a set of those tires!

Yeah, I agree, it is cool to see all of these different wheel combos. Many that I would not have ever thought of.

It is definitely smart of VP. Great way to move some of their inventory that doesn't sell as well!

How quickly are people getting their orders shipped from VP? This only the second time I've ordered from them directly. Placed Tuesday, no movement yet. Being impatient and I want the wheels and builders bundle before T'giving break lol.

Usually ships in 24 hours, and takes 2-3 days for me. I’m just in oregon though, not super far away.

I ordered my Wheel of Fortune wheels late Friday night on 11/11 and got confirmation Monday morning 11/14. They arrived USPS on Wednesday 11/16. From Sacramento, CA to Mid-Ohio in 3 days.

VP has always been fast to ship my orders when using USPS. Fed Ex is a completely different story!

Just because I’m so stoked on my new setups, here’s another picture.

I’m going to have a hard time not ordering another set if I catch them in stock again.

We'll probably get our wheels around the same time. I bet mine are on their way to Mount Rushmore right now.

Those look so nice! What center caps are those? They really finish off the wheel nice, I need some. Couldn’t locate any on their site.
Thanks!

Those are SSD m4 “locking hubs”

https://www.amainhobbies.com/ssd-rc-scale-locking-hubs-red-2-ssd00011/p498698

Kind of a pain because they require a tool to remove/install but they really finish off the look.

They have different colors for the front, but I happen to just be using 4 plain black rears on that truck.

They replace the wheel nut. And some axial based axles require a small washer due to axle shaft length.

Those do look good! The scale lugs and center cap set them off!

I hear ya on holding back on ordering! I'm trying hard not to look at the VP website, but I keep peeking!:ror:

I know it's not funny, but I had to laugh at the Mt. Rushmore comment!:lmao:
