update!

I have to keep up with the rest of you guys, so now all of my juice is mounted on the gearbox. It took me a while to get the electronics to fit how I wanted them to, but they fit just right. I also took advantage of what the T1E Rockshow SS has to offer which is being able to adjust your forward bias. So far it feels really good on the rocks and I'm wondering why I haven't tried this before. Having no added weight in the chassis feels much better. I've already dropped some knuckle weight since the axle is about 4oz heavier now.

Looking good. You can really tell the chassis sit further forward now.
Dang, all the cool guys are getting all there electronic gear up on the front axle these days.

How where the side hills with the new setup?

Can't lay the front shock down any further? Edit, doesn't look like it.

It side hills pretty nice! I could lay down the shocks a bit more but that would drop my skid a bit.

So what all went forward? Did you have to lenthen your rear links and shorten the front... or did you move the cab forward?

You can do either, but if you leave the cab alone and adjust the lowers, you don't have to move your shock positions.

Just curious what all had to move. I've considered it before, but never did anythihg.

I shortened the front lowers, lengthened the rears, and I moved the lower portion of the chassis forward one hole on the cab.

Thanks, TC. I could notice a difference at the first line I took. The truck just feels more planted on off camber turns and it seems as if can run a softer spring setup now. The timeline in those pics above is all messed up, but I ended up tuning out some preload all around the truck and it drove better. I might try greens all around and see how that feels.

4.58" front eye to eye (116mm)
5.43" rear eye to eye (138mm)

Yes but they are both trimmed. It would be better to just build them with new material from the eye to eye measurements that I just posted which I will end up doing eventually. "thumbsup"

I filmed a few lines today at the lake. I was counting on the sun to come out but it didn't otherwise my foam setup would have been a little softer. These are C.I. 5.5" medium outers all around with the prototype inners. The truck feels very light but it still weighs 5lbs 9oz.
