Gun and knife picture thread!

Serious question:

How come you guys are allowed to shoot next to powerlines?

Because in this case the power lines are on privately owned property. Generally in the US, the power company has an easement agreement with the land owner to erect and maintain electric power equipment on your land. But the land-owner still owns said land, and can do whatever you want with it provided you aren't sawing down power poles, or intentionally doing damage to the power infrastructure.

We are also shooting about 75yds to the right of the power lines just to be safe.

Here in the US, in any state that I have lived in, it is illegal to fire from, or over a road. That's pretty crazy!

In the early 90's I lived close to a military shooting range and those guys shot 120mm and 155mm artillery shells across a eight lane highway... :ror:

Picked up a special Spyderco release, only available from DLT Trading - a Yojimbo 2 in CPM 20CV steel, tan G10 handle scales - and a nifty little J.E. Made Swayback sheath knife I am using as a steak knife at home:

Some real winners in there!

I've gotta say, even in the materials that this sorta budget version came in, my current favorite EDC is this Demko AD20.5 - waiting on upgraded scales, and eventually picking up a fancier version:

Hmmm. I'd be curious on the ballistics of this. Hard to imagine #2-5 would have much penetration as I see no way the #2-5 bullets wouldn't tumble in the air before impact.

Also, what's the pattern spread at a given distance? In other words, at what distance would the pattern open up where one of the projectiles miss and go beyond the intended target?

Yep, agreed. Ballistics will be 100% shit on those.

Upgrades are coming!

CZ BREN??

It’s just the stock faux Silencer Co. barrel shroud. I want to SBR it and put a real can on it but still researching the way to do that.
