SVT's Budget Honcho Build Off Entry

Still no love for the number 2 in this thread. Doesn't get much better than intentional slighting of numerical quantities.

Good choice, there can never be too many Honchos. Well, I guess there could be. If like 200 of them all showed up on the trail one day, that would be too many.
