I ran offroad at motorama this weekend. I must say that themotorama guys missed out on this one. I spoke to 23 racers who had a rock crawlrr in their pit area. 18 of them came from out of state and wanted to run a crawler to help pass the time between heat races on the off road event. None ofthem were pre-registered for offroad OR for the crawling. They said they don't pre register for a race that far from home in case "something" comes up.
Those guys were really disapointe about the crawlers notrunning.
The other 5 guyshad Honchos, Wraiths and some other RTR crawlers that they were hoping to get on the rocks just for fun
I'm glad that you guys will still have an indoor event to replace motorama. And I hope that the good people at motorama gotenough of an earfull from the guys that did show up, to be more reasonable next year.
Good to all at this event....can't wait to start crawling this summer!
 
Will this event be at the rox box next year? Im from indiana originally and moved to arizona 5 years ago. If so, i could plan a trip for this and to visit my dad all in 1 swoop. I would love to be able to put alot of faces with these screen names. Hope everyone has a great time, and hope to meet you next year.

You will be sorry if you don't bring it, my 1.9 was at home last year at Battleground and I wish I'd brought it with me. It wont take up that much space on the trip down"thumbsup"
