Slow ass super build

Your rig looks a lot better with the longer lowers! Could you work on the sidewalls of the IMEX tires to soften them up...is there any internal support that could be removed?

THANKS RYAN, AND IT DOES CRAWL BETTER TOO. "thumbsup"
AS FOR THE IMEX TIRES, THEY ARE SMOOTH ON THE INSIDE , JUST STIFFER THAN THE MOABS I HAVE. ANOTHER THING, THE IMEX TIRES ARE NOT 40 SERIES, THEY ARE SLIGHTLY SMALLER IN THE BEAD AREA. THEY WILL STREACH ON THE 40'S THOUGH. IF I WAS TO USE THEM I THINK I WOULD HAVE TO STREACH THEM ONTO THE WHEELS BEFORE GLUING THE TREADS ON.

I ordered a new steering wheel for my 4pl. It's an alloy wheel with red alloy trim and hex hardware. The wheel itself is raw though in a couple pics it looks red from reflection.

Looks sweet. I have one on my DX3e and I like the way it feels.

Here are a few pics of my rig with the new lowers and foams installed, it seems a lot better but will find out on some real boulders tomorrow after the comp.

yea i found blast for 15$pr so im gona use those. Going to shorten tire to 7.5-7.75" too.

You using ci foams?

nope, made my own. I used a foam made by poly-fil and called tru-foam bio-based foam pad. It comes in 1" thickness and either 15" x 17" or 24" x 96". Wally World in the sewing department.
It is a medium firm pad and i like the way it works.

I replaced the weights in my front axle holders. I had some .6" brass weights in them but i just picked up a set of vanquish .6 cal ss weights and they were 6 grams heavier each than the brass ones. So that gives me 5 ounces on each front hub.
