Not exactly but kinda close.

Nobody said anything about aluminum axles and i don't know of anyone that makes them so let's toss that one in the garbage first off.

I have broken a stub axle from a set of VVD's. In a thread concerning axle strength Tom from VP came into the conversation and someone complained the cost to rebuild their axles was too high. I mentioned it would cost me $20 for a rebuild kit and $20 for another stub axle so that's $40 to fix a set of axles that cannot turn as far as a set of axial universals that cost $40 for the pair. Tom pm'd me telling me to hold off buying another stub that I'd be happier with their next design.

I wasn't so sure about the aluminum part either actually..i just recall you saying something about a problem with them

(White-Trash) said hes broken a few sets before and is the one I pretty much quoted with VP telling him not to buy their axles till they resolve a problem.

HUGE difference between CVDs and axle housings. Makes sense now.

Id like to ask if anyone actually read the threads...any chance you can point where I come off with an attitude in them anyplace..because I would sure like to know where it is.

I may have said one should have an advantage over a bolt on only truck in those areas I covered but that's just a true statement.

maybe tell me where I think my truck is better than anyone elses also would be nice to see

Also while were on the subject where I tell people they are stupid if they use a 3s or buy aftermarket parts for their truck would be nice.

You guys just let me know so I can see it for myself...maybe ill continue to think some of the trolls are just ass holes or maybe they deserve an oplogy...and ill do it with a new thread so everyone can read it.

ive already done that...read the stock scx10 performance thread then refer to my honcho and you have my truck with tech and all in it.

That's not a build thread, its a compilation of noob/new owner friendly mods, a few unfounded opinions, and a bunch of hacking with a dremel.

You keep deleting your "build" threads because of harassment, I offered you the opportunity to make one free of harassment and put your money where your mouth is.

Do you want that opportunity? Yes or no?

I know..with more power you need better stuff...maybe if I had a 3s I may have already broken the integy axles or maybe not..i might have already broken my stock drive shafts without the mod done to them..Maybe I would've broken a spur gear already or a trans gear...just things I would recommend for using a 3s but I don't want to replace just yet as youll see I haven't replaced and are still being used from the RTR it started out as

Cheese and rice. My point was that not everything breaks because you run big power, sometimes they break because they are junk.

to you it may be that..to a noob its a host of information..so you don't see anything in it as being tech I assume?

And my truck is already built with exception to adding some parts to it...You want me to tear it all down and start over ??..sorry not going to do that.

I want to see a 6sharky9 scratch build thread. Seriously. All steel. Let's do it.

Chopping a Honcho cage up with a dremel is not tech. Its removing needed structural integrity in favor of adding unneeded structural integrity.

You've already made the threads, so you've got the pics and you know the info. No need to start over.

Yes or no. Final offer. Any reply other than a simple "yes" will be considered a "no".

Sorry but that wont happen unless you send me the tools to do it with..ive already mentioned I don't have these tools anymore and cant do that..ive made some things by hand and have some material but not for building a cage..I don't want a 10lb heavy rig..I weigh just under 6.5lbs and happy with the traction and balance and keeping it like it is.

I have no interest in an exo cage or a steel rollcage or heavy bumpers to be honest with you.

what do you want tech wise..You want me to build a brass bumper knowing I don't have the tools to do that...You want me show tech how exactly?

You said you had good stuff coming. Since you don't consider bolt ons to be tech, one can only assume you are going to make something. Cutting things apart is not making something.

You can see why I had to cut the cage on the bottom though right...If I use my rubicon body I don't have that clearance issue as I stated...Im sure my cage is just fine and it wont make the body fall apart of crush it if it rolls over..if you would like ill put the rubicon body on it so it doesn't show I cut the cage as you have to do to do the rear shock hoop bracing and get the body to fit back on the truck..That is unless you buy aftermarket shock hoops and wont need to as I mentioned as well

Since you are avoiding my repeated offer, it is being retracted. I gave you a perfectly fair chance to redeem yourself and you didn't have the balls to do it.

Happy trolling. I'm done here.

My tech so far is what I wrote in the thread plus what bolt ons ive done..You usally only see bolt ons though with no tech at all.

If you don't think what I wrote is anything good to a beginner or good advice to improve performance over bolt ons then just say so..your opinion would been seen as constructive unless you make an insult instead like most have.

What do I need redemption from actually?..youll respect me if I can do tech on something I don't have tools for?..Ive made my changes to my truck and happy with them..you want me to make a set of shocks from scratch or something?..or make shock hoops to mount my shocks where I have them already?..i don't get what tech you want from me for your offer so no im not accepting something I don't understand.
