heres the guy who wont tell me what it is he wants to see tech wise from me so I understand the deal he wants to make..who accepts a deal when they don't even know what it is??????

But it was hereby retracted because I wouldn't answer yes or no only to a deal.

ffs cmon... i wasnt flaming the thread. i specifically mentioned that i knew it wasnt your thing. my point was you dont need fancy tools to fab stuff, just imagination and ingenuity.

Reading comprehension is hard I guess. He spelled it out at least twice. :lol:


But just to make it a trifecta I'll repeat it again.

The offer was for you to start a build thread to showcase whatever you want to build. Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude would work with the mods to keep the thread on track from beginning to end.

How hard is that to comprehend?

fair enough..Well maybe DUUUUUUUUDE will tell me what it is he wanted to see from me to "Redeem" myself and i can let you guys know if i have the tools or material to do it with..So how about it Duuuuude...you going to tell me or just post up an avi every few threads????

If you recall i pointed out my build and all that was left was to finish getting parts..Ive done what ive wanted to the truck already...So what build am i supposed to do with it when its already finished tech wise?????

So i asked him what he wanted to see ????? and got no reply.

And really it shouldn't take him to stop people from trolling a build thread..the mods should do their job unbiased...I don't go your build threads and insult your choices for your builds..hell if that's allowed i should start doing that...be all over this forum ragging on your rigs...Im sure you all would love that.8)

Im retired..and i don't normally buy things i use for free at a job..So maybe you think ill just go buy it to appease you and do something more with a build..Sorry but not gonna happen..ill buy what i need to do what i want to my truck and thats it.

Bring it on, my build threads are boring. I usually just update them when I do something I consider noteworthy or I break something. :ror:


You seem to think I search out build threads to talk shit in. Unfortunately for you that just isn't the case. Prove it or drop it.
 
He was giving you an opportunity to showcase all the ideas you claimed you were going to show in the other threads that got trolled. That's what this is all about isn't it? People shit on your ideas and opinions and he was giving you the chance to express them without being harassed.
 
But it's the basics man. I can pretty much garuntee anybody that does this or work on cars or what have you is going to have a drillpress,vise,torches of some sort I just don't understand how you have all this money but don't have crap. Oh and also what about all of these bad ass sleeper build 1:1 you talk about and claim you have built, where are those tools? Oh that's right you got all that money so when you finish a project you throw them in the trash. Point taken!
 
Ahhhhhh..move to the nice mountains of WV in a nice home with a great lady and no kids but 3 dogs..yep...do what i want when i want to and spend my hard earned money however i want to at my discretion.8)

who would use a torch on plastic cars...I never anticipated all the custom work on a trail truck or a crawler...so no.i didnt buy this stuff for rc in the past if that's what you are saying.?

Ive built my cars and built cars for others...whats with all my sleepers youre referring to????..if you mean the mustang i raced that's been gone a long time ago..did i say i owned a sleeper now?...i drive a new car if you must know..Toyota as a matter fact.

My money is no ones concern on this forum or any other place but myself..If you read up a few posts or maybe more you would see that i said my job had those things but i don't work there anymore...i had basic hand tools and the shop had the rest if you must know...but i didn't do custom trail trucks i built real cars...anything else you need to know???
