If your money weren't a concern , you wouldn't have brought up how much you have or asked others what age they retired at . "thumbsup"

You asked a few pages back to point out things you've "said", your rig is better and what not. I don't think anyone is accusing you of outright saying, "my stock SCX10 can be ANY other rig out there". I think it's more how you word comments. I mentioned this in the SCX10 thread...which now seems to be gone as well. It just seems, to me, this all started from the way you come across. Like in the battery fiasco thread, it seemed to me that you think 2S is the end all be all battery. Even when someone has come in who has experience using both 2 & 3' you seem to brush it off. You also talk in circles...a lot. Now, as you've said, 2S works for your needs, that's awesome. But, it looks like you just shrug off people explaining how 3s is in fact better. Again...this is all just how I see things happening here.

Also, you make a lot of...empty...statements about your rigs. While they're probably quite capable, you really shouldn't run off at the mouth saying you could hang with just about any comp rig at events. Because you flat out don't know. Watching YouTube videos doesn't count either. This is also something that I think people dislike about you. This is kind of like saying 'what if..." in an argument to validate your point. You don't really know till you do or go through it.

I will give you props on sticking this out. Most people who get this kind of attention fold and leave never to return. So, kudos to that.

let me ask how many here are 44 and retired already???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I retired the first time at 38, the second at 54 and nice I am in my third career and will retire in about 12 years. Maybe by then I will be happy sitting around all day.

heres the guy who wont tell me what it is he wants to see tech wise from me so I understand the deal he wants to make..who accepts a deal when they don't even know what it is??????

But it was hereby retracted because I wouldn't answer yes or no only to a deal.

I would really like to see some tech on removing factory stickers from one esc and putting them on another esc. It's like a sleeper inside a sleeper. Pure genius.

But the brxl doesn't come with a power switch so you'll have to make a dummy pigtail to complete the look.

Just because you didn't find it doesn't mean it wasn't said...Im sure some of those in here now can vouch for accusations placed on me that weren't exactly true but I wouldn't expect them to speak up in my defense...so sorry you missed it or haven't searched enough to see it.

The battery thing once again if you read anything I said about it wasn't me thinking a 2s is the all mighty end to batteries....What I said was I use a 2s because ive seen and read how someone switched to a 3s only to have problems with breaking things having not made upgrades...So if you've actually ready any of my personal threads you would see my thoughts on 3s and wouldn't say what you just said as you now just did what I just explained above about people saying things that aren't true...just takes a little reading to figure it out...you should try it.

As far as my thinking I can hang out with with some comp built rigs I do think that..but some take it as I think its better than theirs..many stock rigs can make it through a an event so why couldn't a rig you yourself said you figure is pretty capable???..Again misinterpreting the statement..So because Ive never been in a comp I should feel like I wouldn't even make it through the first gate???? ..And wharts wrong with watching a video to get terrain ideas and simulate some obstacles you see and make challenges for yourself as close as possible to what you see????..Its like saying if you watched a video on how to assemble something on your rig you will never be able to do it because it was only a video and not the real thing.

And oh sorry im back..just got home from collecting aluminum cans so I can buy more parts for the Honcho..retirement sucks:cry:

Well im glad you guys learned something about what a sleeper is and thought about it before as a concept...Yep making a much better esc in a lot of areas a hidden item in a vehicle that you all would look at pics from and say to yourselves" its a stock truck sharky whats so special about that". Meanwhile im sitting at my laptop with a grin on my face having fooled all you suckers into thinking it was stock but you having no idea of its additionial performance gains....Again it was going to be a fun thread
and not something you guys think I would say can do everything better than a high dollar rig but it can be a fun concept I think to play around with the buddies..Not that I have any in my area to show it off to but I figured some of you may have gotten a kick out it but instead we are here and its my fault I guess having started the thread..but oh well..i still go on and show back up.

Its sad a lot of things I was going to do that I was going to SHOW you how I did it with detailed pics but again you've all done it before and it was a worthless/useless thread so you wrecked it.

Everyone puts an axial sticker a BRXL to hide what it is for a sleeper theme and does other things you have no idea I was going to do but its ok..Im still doing the truck for myself as a fun project...Maybe ill takes pic of it when its done but you can troll on a stock truck "thumbsup"
