Eeepee I read thru your skillet steak thing and it looks good but I find it hard to believe that 40 minutes in a skillet yields a medium rare steak. I have used alton browns recipe and love it. I fell in love with white castle as a kid on vacation and then living in Nashville fell in love with Krystal and now in Iowa I cant get either and it sucks. I even went so far as to see if they would ship them to me. They wouldn't :-(

Finally after months of research I have picked out a mixer.
All-Purpose 10 Quart Mixer
Might pick it up this weekend, or might sit on the thought another week, don't know yet
