Eeepee I read thru your skillet steak thing and it looks good but I find it hard to believe that 40 minutes in a skillet yields a medium rare steak. I have used alton browns recipe and love it. Pan-Seared Rib-Eye Recipe : Alton Brown : Food Network. Also you and HH are banned from talking about White castle and Krystal. I fell in love with white castle as a kid on vacation and then living in Nashville fell in love with Krystal and now in Iowa I cant get either and it sucks. I even went so far as to see if they would ship them to me. They wouldn't :-(

Read again, It's 30 minutes total on low heat and you use a very thick cut of meat. "thumbsup"

I hate you both FYI!! Haha I read it a few times my math is obviously off. Have you tried it? Is it worth the work?

To cold to smoke outside? So be it. Baby backs 4 hours @ 250*
3 hour mark, BBQ sauce applied, 2 hours to go w/several more splash's of sauce to put on.

What in the heck is carrot spaghetti?

Still got this Nutribullet blender thing sitting here. Your fruity parfag needs a blendin!

Ive had all sorts of different spaghetti where the heck did u get carrot?
My wife got a nutribullet for xmas 2 years ago and I'm pretty sure its never been out of the box

I'm thinking beef potato gravy smoothie, otherwise I don't care about it.

I think it was a re-gift.

Just carrots that you keep peeling with the carrot peeler to make lots of thin strips if carrots. Then fry then up with spices and coconut oil. Done

I have a cup to go for my blender so don't need the nutribullet thingy.

Finally after months of research I have picked out a mixer.

Might pick it up this weekend, or might sit on the thought another week, don't know yet

$667 for a mixer! I'll come over and do it for ya for that much.

Holy shit...

I have had this for 15 years and it does just fine. Takes up too much room as is. It was $100 less when I got mine, but given the time passed it is about the same financial impact

KitchenAid® Artisan® 5 qt. Stand Mixer - BedBathandBeyond.com

The kitchenaids won't last under the use I would put it under. The gears are too weak and the motor is reostat controlled instead of having a true gear box. I am doing 6 quarts of dough at a time. And you should only fill up a mixer half way with heavy dough mix so that is another issue with kitchenaid, not enough capacity. Also since hobart sold kitchenaid to wasserstrom the bean counters changed the gears from machined into cast.
