While those look great, I'd stick to simpler just so I could really taste the lamb and not all the cheese and onion and garlic, though I love that stuff. I'd be like taking a lamb chop and covering it in stuff. Burger with munster cheese maybe. Little dijon 'tard. Simpler.

Quick weeknight meal. Chicken and Proscuito Tortelloni (Buitoni fresh pasta), with a ground venison, basil\tomato sauce (defrosted, made from San Marzano's and Basil from my vegetable garden this past summer), topped with shaved Parmesan Reggiano.

Making beef dog treats for the dog. Little salt n beef bouillon soak before drying for flavor. Totally natural and half the price of the store crap that's stuffed with God knows what. That's right, I make jerky for the dog.
