bacon explosion

Okay, this thread is not going to die. We are having a Ravens party today since they are the local team. Made one and it is purely gods creation, almost better than his creation of the Vag. So here is some pork Porn

Who would have guessed that the words, Pork, Vag, God and Porn could be used together in such a very weird way.

I AM SO HUNGRY NOW!!!

im bringing a thread back from the dead but i need to know if anyone has tried cooking this a different way other than a smoker? I dont have a smoker but want to cook this up so BAD!!! oven?, BBQ wrapped in foil??

HAHA my sister is doing weight watchers right now (it wont last long) n=and this was on their forums. All the people on there are saying "eew" or "omg i just had a heart attack looking at that" and a whole buncha other things like that, then you look at there weight under their screen name. No one was under 215, so you know all of them were really thinking "I want to use all my points for a month just to take a bite of that" or "**** this diet, I want THAT!"

i believe i will add a twist: add maple syrup to each level and bater in pancake bater and deepfry"thumbsup"

Then just a make a cup of Maple Bacon Coffee and your set! The drink of champions!
My wife ordered some of this stuff really not too bad.

OH MY GOD!! what a great reicpe. So i was suppose to get up at 6am to go to a comp today but I had way to much putron last night and slept thru my alarm. What do you do for a hang over FEED IT. I decided to try this and WOW soooooo good! I used Sweet n Heat spicy brown suger rub and Sweet baby Ray's hickory & brown suger barbecue sauce. It came out tasting like bacon candy. I cooked it for 2.5 hours using some Almond wood to smoke it with. I still got half left for lunches this week. Thanks for this great post"thumbsup""thumbsup"

I cut out the middle layer of bacon and rolled in 6 asparagus spears and a small "pink lady" apple finely chopped, smoked it for an hour with mesquite chips and finished to 160 degrees internal temp on the top rack of my BBQ on low heat. Very tasty, asparagus was perfectly cooked.

:shock::shock: NOOOOOOOO!!!! Those are fruits and vegetables, you can't put them in there and ruin all that good meat!!

I'm kidding dude, that sounds good actually. Especially the apple, I bet that really made for an interesting array of flavor.

This is outside of my realm of abilities (my motto is "why cook, when one can be cooked for") but I'd bet my brother or cousin would try it.

Damn this thread made me hungry...

Slice the Bacon Explosion into quarter to half inch rounds to serve. If your roll was good and tight, you should now see a nice bacon pinwheel pattern throughout the sausage. Obviously pork is best served by itself, but if you feel the need to make this meat monster into a sandwich, try placing a couple Bacon Explosion slices on a warm Pillsbury’s Grands Biscuit. You’ll reach pork Nirvana is no time flat!

Holy Cow, that is some of the most tasty looking smoked goods I've ever seen in my life (and my cousin has won bbq contests, I'm no stranger to good bbq!) In-frickin-credible!

I bet that does throw the bean-sprout munchin vegan crowd into a tizzy...

Dude. I will send you pics of MY blowout when I get home from eating that tomorrow. That or pics from the ER after my heart attack. RC19CR!

I plan on prepping this tonight, and then throwing it on the BBQ tomorrow after work for Man Night at the house. Damn, I love Man Night; beer, whiskey, RC's, and good friends.

I made one for the Superbowl last year. This year I'm going to modify it and use maple syrup instead of bbq sauce and serve it with a side of eggs.

Ok i finally got around to making this today!! OMFG:mrgreen: I did tweak it a little. I used Jimmy Deans hot instead of italian sausage and maple syrup..... WOW!

We made egg mcmuffins with it and a little grape jelly and......

HOLLY SH!T..... off the hook.
