Food/Cooking

The point is to get different styled sliders for a flavor-gasm in your mouth. The best woay ta do dat is go bah dem jaints in a restyrant wurr u can arder diffrint kands. (tennessee hillbilly accent)

You only say that now, since you got a new place to hang.

@derp

Last ones I dood was the meatloaf mix on pretzel dinner rolls. Those were real good. A slaw of sorts on top woulda made em reeeal good.

Finger foods I guess. The pretzel rolls were slider sized. You could do a few different flavors at home, too.

I strangely want White Castle now. Only had them twice in my life. Steamy onion mush.

Down here we call that a Krystal burger. Same shit.

Grey patties ,diced uns and a steamy bun.

Sackful of 12 with a chili cheese fry.

Awesome 4:30am food.

Roun here

yep.

Same here, no White Castle this far south, but a Krystal 10 minutes from the house. Cheap and tasty!

White trash Castle's headquarters are based here in Columbum.

Rather this cow town smells like those than what it really does stank like.

Sweat potato wheat crust pizza with mushroom, red pepper, tomato, and pulled pork topping.

I laughed cause I called it a shovel too.

Imagine flipping burgers with that thing.

Eeepee I read thru your skillet steak thing and it looks good but I find it hard to believe that 40 minutes in a skillet yields a medium rare steak. I have used alton browns recipe and love it. Pan-Seared Rib-Eye Recipe : Alton Brown : Food Network. Also you and HH are banned from talking about White castle and Krystal. I fell in love with white castle as a kid on vacation and then living in Nashville fell in love with Krystal and now in Iowa I cant get either and it sucks. I even went so far as to see if they would ship them to me. They wouldn't :-(

The pan seared steak was originally posted by HH a few pages ago and the idea is that the steak is so thick and the heat is so low it never really gets all that hot on the inside.

Yep, big griddle 28x14 cooking surface.you can flip it over for grill marks. But I don't flip it because it weighs around 50 pounds. The place to make burgers is on the grill yo!

Man I wish my stove was big enough for that thing. Then I could finally get my uncle buck pancake!
