There's a spiritual aspect of sitting in a bar on a sunny afternoon with a lovely young bartender and waitress serving you wings and beer... it's near nirvana.

%nirvana and all it's euphoria.

In 2 hours I be sittin' in a dungy kitchen with some over weight slug, drinking iced tea. Nana nana boo boo!

If you want a sweet crispy chicken wang wecipe I got one. Part of it is you gotta let em rest for a day covered in baking powder and salt to soak up shit, but they come out crisp'd from the oven like deep fried but not deep fried. Quite the goodness.
 
I pretty much got recipe, cooking time, and temp, down. Dry outside and not to moist inside. Use two dry rubs and cook @ 350-400* for 1.5- 2 hours, not over cooking to make inside like jerky, but close. Dippin' sauces: Duck Sauce for pure sweetness, BBQ for tang, bleu cheese, well for bleu cheese. Twuz tastey! Took pic to post, but was so good, ate that too. :lmao:

That makes me wonder how much you know about me, and then I realize you don't know much if you think I chew tobbacy. "thumbsup"
