Food/Cooking

I'm gonna get one. You could even divy it up to slightly more reasonable sandwiches and be ahead.
 
Supper tonite.Shoulder roast,stuffed with whole cloves.Carrots,potatoes,orange and red bell peppers,and onions.Cucumbers and hot chilis.



Done.

Honey Garlic Chicken,fried squash(yellow and zucchini),corn on cob.



Recipe for chicken.

1tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped garlic
2 tbls. favorite hot sauce

Preheat oven to 400° F
Bake chicken for 30 minutes
Make sauce with the garlic,salt,pepper,honey and hot sauce.Put in microwave for 1 minu
ute.Stir and brush on chicken.
Bake another 20-30 minutes,keep basting with sauce every 5-10 minutes until done.

Supper tonite was butterflied and stuffed deer tenderloin.Stuffed with mushrooms,spring onions,cheese and parsley,wrapped with bacon and drizzled with olive oil.Pasta salad and string beans from garden.

Split one with a co-worker last week for lunch (had to try..)

We were the first to order it at our local Arby's.

Not bad, kinda strange lack of flavor. So much meat it all kinda blended together.

A whole one would have been too much for me.
 
Eating burgers that big are a PITA just because they are hard to fit into the mouth. This guy finished two.

Yum, when I live out in SoCal back in the eighties, there was a restaurant in Julian that had a 3/4 pound (cooked weight) burger they served, man it was delicious and juicy. It was the size of the platter it was served on.
