Food/Cooking

I'll eat chicken all day, every day. I just don't like sweets. And who cares about waffles? Space wasters.

I just ate this. Beef and onion and green bell peps. Sugar snaps. Moo.

Oh no pics!! Boiled taters- cut in 2-3inch chunks, smoked on grill with butter and seasonings, then brought in and added milk and sour cream and blended. Skin on of course. Then put in a cake pan and reheated a bit in the oven with shredded cheese on top.

That is just my side. The calamari steaks were spot on. Fried( I hate eating fried usually). Basted in a parmesean, flour, egg, and seasoned batter.

I love a well prepared meal.
 
Started out with an 8lb bone in pork butt rubbed with my own rub blend. Set it on the smoker for 12 hours at 225 degrees ended up with this.

Should have left it another hour or so but no one complained and it was all gone at the end of the night
 
Chips. Thick kettle like. Good shit.

Pork butt cooked low and slow, 5 hours on the grill. Beautiful afternoon here in Maryland for relaxin'. Letting it cool down and shreddin' that bad boy. YUM!

No kidding! It felt like a nice Indian summer day here in B-'mo. I'm headed out to the local pub for Bison burger nite.
