I've got a question for a few guys that are thinking of going but can't afford the trip without the idea of possibly getting a invite spot. What's the magic number of attendees needed? Also is there invites for supers and 1.9's as well depending on the number of drivers? I'm going to be there for sure but a few are struggling to commit. Just trying to get some more info to push them to come with.

Dan- as you can see in fishs' post the event "should" yield 1 invite per class, though that all depends on the people. Everyone says they want a comp(USDA yada yada) so now they have one, all they have to do is sign up. I can say that without a doubt that if randy gets enough invites for the event to qualify above a tier one event then he will pay the money and provide tier 2 invites. So now it's really just up to the competitors to get signed up so we can make this one of the biggest event of the summer. I would think that with all of the drivers in Cali. There wouldn't be much of an issue having a 60-70 man comp!!

Its a great location. lots of rock lots of lines, the ocean, beach you can't beat it!!

The link to Randy's photobucket section in post #21 is probably the largest collection of photos from any comp there, the rocks are mostly decomposing granite and offer insane amounts of traction.
