They will just have to start the hype all over again. They went off too early on this. You need to wait until it's ready to release then start the hype.
 
People will still buy the FJ if/when it comes out because its not a Jeep.

Jeeps are stupid and ugly and no one likes them (at least that is what I gathered from the SCX10 II thread).

Well we know that Traxxas won't be messing with HPI anymore. But what was with that one box Big Squid got a while ago, with the HPI Savage X in it rebrannded as a Traxxas? Thinking that's a joke now...

I just hope that Ripmax won't mess with HPI too much, and I hope that they release every new product they showed at the Nuremberg toy fair a while back, including the Venture, soon.

You mean, it might be a joke? They only posted it on April 1st !:lmao:

the whole Traxxas/HPI thing was a rumor started by Harley on Facebook, then it got posted by Big Squid and RedRC as a rumor, then Harley used their sites to say it was confirmed.

But it never happened. I had emails and FB messages from both companies denying it.

Just based on appearance this rig will be a better scaler just due to the divorced tcase setup.....id be in for one....im glad its still.coming out......the scx10 2 is just axials version of a vaterra ascender ....not very interesting....
 
Nice, good to have more scale options, hopefully the tires are a little more scale in appearance on final production. :)
 
Well this is good news.

I like the look of this more than the scx2. I do like the scx2 axles but everything else is a bit meh.

Might actually buy this when it comes available.
 
Very nice to see additional brands bringing a fresh product to market. It looks like it will be a nice kit and the FJ body is a welcomed change in whats available now.
