Posted here instead of making new thread. Went to visit Mom and Dad the other day, dad's all most 80 and the mind is slipping. So mom doesn't want him to have guns any more, I told her I would just take the ammo and he'll never know. I found this full box he bought in 1972. K-Mart $2.62..........40 years I wonder how long shells will last?

They'll shoot minus having been wet. Wouldn't put them through an expensive auto without cleaning afterward. And man will that powder stink. I got some of my dads, uncles, and step dads ammo. Don't know why I keep it but I do.

Because it was your Dad's, Uncle's, and Step Dad's and it's ammo! "thumbsup"

My brothers and I spill up all of my Dad's ammo after he passed. I ended up with a several of his and my Grandad's shot guns and ammo.

I don't think I've fired a round of it, but I've never considered getting rid of it. I'm sure my boy will inherit some if not all of it someday.

Just getting into the gun/knife game. My first gun ever owned. Bought at pawn shop locally, didn't do my research and may have been ripped off. I don't really know jack shit about guns either as I didn't care for them much when I was younger. Anyways here it is...Llama Parabellum 9m made in Spain. I'm not sure of year it was made...still trying to figure that out. Haven't shot it yet but I like it so far. Really thinking of selling this and getting a nice carry. I'll try and take better pics later.

Llama does not inspire confidence that you did not get hosed.
I hope you did not pay more than $150 or so.

It's a little stiff, but one of guys local to me who uses a 9c as his carry stated that it will ease up with use.

I love the size, fit, and the trigger is better than the Glocks I tried. "thumbsup"

Yes it is a good gun, the slide is too heavy for her though. I wouldn't trade my xdm for it but the ruger is very nice.

I'm also getting into the gun game. What a time to do it, huh?

I got a Beretta M9 that's out of jail tonight, so leaving in a few to get it :D

My buddy has one of these, it's worth more than a buck-fifty."thumbsup"

How does your buddy feel about it? I got mine for self defense but after reading about them a bit. They can be anywhere between $150-600 depending on condition, year of make and quality. I read if it was made between the 80's-90's then it ain't gonna be worth much due to how much qc sucked. Mine seems in good condition but what do I know? I'm home so I'll get some pics up soon.
