Gear Head RC Scale Wheel Catalog 1.55, 1.9 & 2.2

any chance i could get just the alum rings for the 2.2 ez locs?
i have the all delrin version.

We have considered this, but do not have them for sale. We would need to sell them for about $49.99 for a set of (4) aluminum rings (you would continue to use your inner Delrin rings). Would you pay that price for this upgrade?

So from what I am gathering with the 1.9 Trail King it's possible to have two different offsets? Are there other hubs that will work with these if say I need a little more? Either a Mayhem hub or a VP hub? I want these for some AR60 axles and just need to be sure they will clear a Wraith knuckle.

Yes, there are two offset options with the 1.9 Trail Kings: -.120" OR -.250" (-3.0mm OR -6.4mm)

They are not compatible with VP hubs. I do not know if Mayhem hubs will work.

If you need more offset (wider track), you can add our new hub spacers: Gear Head RC Hub Spacer Kit, M2 Screws (4)

Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply. I wasn't aware of the spacers and that will be a good option if needed. I'll be ordering some Trail Kings for sure.

Nothing but good things to say about these rims, easy to assemble and hold a bead tight....wouldn't hesitate to buy a set in the future. Thanks!

So I ordered up a set of 1.9 Trail Kings last week and they are truly a piece of art. Unfortunately for the build I'm working on 1.9's are too small so I sold them off and ordered up a set of 2.2 Trail Kings without even thinking twice. I have to have these wheels on my rig.

I'm am curious as to what size hardware is used on the 2.2 Trail Kings for the beads and the hubs. While they are beautiful wheels, I like the look of the black hardware and would like to replace it.

How long till Gear Head RC 2.2 Trail King EZ-Loc Wheels w/Delrin Beadlock Rings (4) are back in stock ?

I hope to have at least one set available this week. If not, it will be a few weeks. I will send you a PM if/when they are available.

AddictedtoRC1, Thank you for the compliments! All the screws for the 2.2 Trail Kings are 4-40 x 5/16".

I have had my 1.9 slots for a little over 6 months now with 1.9 pitbull rock beasts. Finally threw them on one of my other scalers so I can take them out tomorrow!
