Food/Cooking

I have the crawfish Gulf Coast shrimp and corn with potatoes in the cooker and the Gumbo made in the crock pot. Japhanio cheese grits apple cobbler Limon bars king cake. Fat Tuesday time!

Ever since I found this Black Forest bacon at Trader Joes, it is the only bacon I have been buying. It is just bacon, with a black forest rub on it, but yum. Next level bacon!

Snow crab clusters and back ribs in slow cooker w/Guy's BBQ sauce for dinner. :mrgreen:

Ok for pasta and red sauce do you prefer a thick stew like sauce ala true Italian bolognese that sits on top the pasta or a thinner sauce that coats the pasta?
