Food/Cooking

Freestylin via some Helhedded inspiration.
Ramen Noodles, Eggs with cilantro, ground turkey meat, melted PB and a dash of Tapatío. Is awesome.

Redneck Thai...?:ror:

That does sound good!

On my last trip through the Asian market I picked up some Sambal Bajak (Vietnamese chili garlic oil) that I've used a couple of times with Ramen. Pain, you have no idea...

It sounds and looks crazy but it is actually is pretty good if you like the ingredients. It's easy to make as well. My wife is a picky eater and liked it both times I made it.

Last time was with veggies and also included belittling from helhedded.

Wanted to try making coconut milk and flour from scratch just to do it. The first 3 coconuts I bought were rotten.never bought coconuts before and did not know what to look for. After some reading I was able to get a good one.

Steps
Break it out of the shell with hammer
Shave the skin off
Blend with boiling water
Strain with old tee shirt
Put milk in jug
Put guts on cookie tray to dry out in oven

As I still struggle with cooking 4 cups of Jasmine brown rice, I can't help but to feel humbled by knowing these folks feed the masses everyday. "thumbsup"

Just doing a quick weeknight pasta in my tomato and basil sauce for dinner tonight, serving up a tasty side dish though!

Roasted cauliflower, tossed with sea salt, cracked pepper, and a little sesame oil before roasting at 400* F for 25 mins.
