Food/Cooking

Me and the family made what we called John Claude Van Damme Dinner on Monday:

Since its been nice and im a junkie we've grilled almost every night this week. Here was tonights dinner

starting by letting my steak marinade in this overnight. I saw this recomended on here and have to say by far best marinade ive ever used


Next I peeled and sliced a couple taters. Mixed with butter,garlic,season salt and fresh ground black pepper, wrapped in foil


Local meat counter guy who is a personal friend of mine sold me on these little guys. Jalapenos stuffed with shredded beef and cream cheese topped with shredded cheese and wrapped in bacon.


Steaks ready to go on. wife is a purist no marinade only salt and pepper


when taters are fork tender smother in cheese and recover 5 miuntes later and youll have this


Steak and jalapenos done. I ended up putting the jalapenos back on the grill to cook the bacon a little better after this photo
.
Turned out pretty good for a weeknight dinner
