Food/Cooking

Egg+in+a+Basket.jpg

The bread disk was the greatest, you soak up the left over yellow runny on the plate with it.

Alright I'm not gonna lie this thing was kind of a pain in the ass to keep the wings on I don't know if the outcome would have been just the same putting them on the grill grate but it turned out pretty good. Although after cooking I read the directions and the wing are supposed to go through the hole and drums in the slots. Not really what was in the pics but anyway.

also mixed up a white BBQ sauce for dipping. It turned out thinner than anticipated, but was still good.
the rub was too hot for the wife but I thought it was pretty good. All in all for my first time smoking wings it was a success.

I smoked some more wings this time 1/2 garlic 1/2 ranch the benefit of the rack is now apparent. You get a more even smoke on the wings. And no flipping necessary. Would I buy it again? Yeah $5 was a good price. also made some pimento cheese burgers and corn

my weight scale only goes to 7lbs. This went further, about 8 lbs I'd guess. Has sautéed onions, green, red, and yellow peppers in it as well. Some liquid smoke and balsamic dressing in the ketchup mixture. Also mixed in a healthy portion of Colby jack cheese cubes. This is my manly meatloaf ;)

Chicken livers, chicken tenderloins, sugar cookies, typical lunch and a typical dinner. The greens were on a different plate.
