Good looking Yankee chili ^. I'm from Midwest so beans in mine too.

This should last a few weeks.

Do you freeze and thaw them in hot water as needed?

No, we can the stuff. The smaller pot is for boiling the jars. Put the salsa in boiling. It'll keep a long time on the shelf. That batch made 3.75 gal. Maybe 3 months worth.
Labor intensive but worth it.

This is good enough to share and very easy to make.

Chipken™

Chicken breast (sliced here into tenders)
Melted butter, real butter not Country Crock
Combine and refrigerate for some time
Potato chips of any flavor, smashed into little pieces (here I had Grippo's BBq, which are fantastic)
Combine and bake for a while

**** yeah.

Next to my mom's burgers, I like my own the best. I am gonna have to try this place out on the way to our camp for trout season with my Dad and best buddy. Maybe try the two pound challenge. My Dad's four hours away from me and my buddy is three. Usually, about 12-15 guys show up. Camp's in PA an hour north of route 80. 2WD's need not apply. Lots of beer, food, shooting, and hopefully fish in two weeks!!

This place has the biggest burgers in the world. Food network and all kinds of shows have been there. They can make up to a 120 lb. Burger with notice!

Do you combine the mashed up 'tater chips into the butter or sprinkle them onto the refrigerated chicken/butter strips just before cooking? Looks good!

After the butter soak. Like shake and bake, but with potato chips.

I used a mini food processor to make chip crumbs the last two times. Is nice.

Looks good Andy! "thumbsup"
