Friday night typical bro-fare bro-smash hurry-up so-I-can-play-gt6 plate

8oz baked chicken breast, baked sweet bro-tato, bro-wn rice green beans and cornbread



Sunday lunch

8oz Ribeye, baked white bro-tato soaked in steak basting butter, green beans and making cornbread often








Sunday dinner

7oz baked chicken breast, stir-fry veggies with fresh garlic, chopped chili's, sriracha, soy and olive oil & bro-wn rice

It's something I've seen on TV quite a bit. Never tried it and Eeepee sent me a how-to. What he didn't tell was what to do with the excess in the pan after cooking but oh yeah I found what to do with it. :shock:
 
Dare I ask what you did with it?

Those lil pretzel rolls are great. Oven em. Butter em. Couple pieces of tenderloin tail and there's a sandwich!
 
New Years dinner....

Smoked pork shoulder with A1 Memphis style rub. Baked beans with onion, green peppers and ground beef, topped with jalepeno bacon. Steakhouse style shreaded hashbrowns with onion crisps on top. Two different sauces for the masses.

I wanted a burger last night... A monsterous burger, and I wanted it to be a cheeseburger! Now I'm not talkin Quarter pounder... I wanted it to have cheeeeese in it and cheeeeese on it.... and it had to have caramalized onions on it...So I went into the kitchen with 1 lb of 80/20 hamburger,some onions, some mushrooms and came out with this
