Jif makes an almond butter now. It's pretty good. I wish it had a little more sugar in it, though.

Took the boat out with a few friends and limited out on blue and black rockfish a week ago, so tonight I decided to deep fry em in some panko for fish tacos. On top is a cilantro lime chile slaw and some sriracha.

Ended up getting 1 keeper ling cod as well.

I bought a Sriracha alarm a couple weeks ago. I thought it was broken, but it seems to be working.

I could eat tacos every day, forever.

I'm making Sriracha covered chicken breast for lunch. I have decided! And it will be done!

The way around that is to buy up enough shit on Amazon to get free shipping! Duh! It used to be $25, now it's $35.

But dang, I snoozed on it for an hour and there's none left in stock. From 11 to zero in that time.

And now dang it again, it's up to $5.29 and a fulfillment. Dud. Same price as the local store.

Cleaned up and salted and SAWSED and baked and a lil more SAWSE.

The smell? Stupid. Like me complaining the Anheuser-Busch plant cooking beer smells. Besides the fact they're both good smells!

ok i have to jump in on this thread. Tonight i made stuffed Iowa chops started with 2 thick cut chops. Marinaded them in this overnight

Then i made the stuffing. I should have added some sausage, mushrooms and onions to this but i was hungry and didnt want to wait

once that was ready i stuffed it into my chops

Baked at 400degrees for 25minutes. Plated up with the rest of the stuffing and some fresh tomato
