Food/Cooking

Here is one of my favorites. Don't be scared of the habanero on its not really that hot its got a really nice flavor. Its made with garlic and carrots.

Yesterday's fun. Shrimp cocktail and Applewood grilled chicken breast on wheat sammiches with olive oil mayo, wasabi horsradish sauce, spinach, tomato, bacons, colby jack cheese

Purpose of syringe ?
I am guessing to inject sauce or something into the turkey or chicken which I don't know exactly..:roll:


You're smarter than you think "thumbsup"

Usually it's a marinade with seasonings and oil or butter. It flavors and adds moisture to the bird.

I could not make it out that its a turkey due to my less knowledge about it.
I have not even tasted a turkey yet as its not available here. may be some day I will...:)

MMMMMMMM looks great.
I love the meat loaves.
My standard recipe is the same but I use pork sausage as 1/4 of the meat.
I take that same loaf in pan, add tater tots & cheese with a butter/milk sauce on top before baking.
Mom always called it "tater tot casserole."

I am single so anything I cook has to be better as leftovers because I am going to eat it for days.....

Add a dollop of sour cream when you zapp it & viola!
