Yep, tuna. It was very enjoyable. More tuna than the normal little roll. That's why I bought it. Couple more bucks, but totally worth it.

All mac and cheese needs jalapenos. And now I believe it needs spicy sweet chili Doritos on top, with an added oven crisp. Something I need to do.

I've been using this stuff a lot lately.It has a nice smokey flavor with some spice on the end.

Sweet torture...

The bottle contains a yummy bhut jolokia naga hot sauce, my uncle makes. A few drops will make you go up in flames lol. I need to get some moruga scorpions to try. It's so good mixed with a little sweet baby rays.

Foil? WTF happened to presentation?

The foil is because the "salmon lover's roll" is cooked. It may look sloppy but its the best damn sushi around. People from 45mins south of here travel north just for their sushi. The one with the pile of stuff on it has a mixture of spicy mayo, crab, scallops and roe (served hot). It make-a-me drool. And no I don't use all that sauce sitting on the table. I like my sashimi/rolls as is.

Thats so awesome! "thumbsup" I have always taught her to try food at least once, if you don't like it, you don't have to try it again. She tried it when she was 4 and has been eating it since.
