Ribs memphis style night before last...







Tonight chicken chorrizo tacos. 2lbs chicken breast, 1lb chorrizo, 1 pack taco seasoning, 1 can diced tomatos w/ chiles, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 sweet onion diced, 1 bundle cilantro chopped, 4 slivers of garlic minced.....


 
Round 2 for the Orion Smoker.

Wife and i made some homemade Kielbasa two nights ago and i threw on some chicken breast.
50 Mins for all of it. Too long for the chicken but perfect for the Kielbasa.

@ 1/2 hour more on the cheapo smoker:twisted:

5lb pork roast wrapped with 2lb bacon. Injected with some apple juice and brown sugar .

Chicken on right was on bottom rack, chicken on left was on top rack.

Giant Eagle. Big grocery store here. Columbus is a test market, so maybe that has something to do with it.

They've also got teriyaki and honey chipotle and something else that's typical.

Wing sauce!? I mean c'mon! Of course I'm buying it if it's Sweet Baby Ray's!

I suggest you try this. It's freaking great.

Cut, coat, stab, cook at 400 for ten, recoat, cook at 400 for ten, recoat, cook til you think they're done.
