I started cooking yesterday afternoon and cooked all night. Bought a smoker for this cook and spent two days getting it seasoned before the first cook.

Two pork shoulders, two racks of lamb ribs, some beef short ribs, six racks of baby backs, and 60 stuffed/wrapped jalapeños.

Had this smoker full of meat three times during the day/night/day.

A portion of the ribs.

I didn't bother taking pictures of a smoker full of jalapeños and couldn't get a shot of all the food in one location. We had dining and buffet tables inside and outside the house.

Oh, no, never seen that beer before.

Had a nice and toasty roast pork sandwich today, too.

Hunter711, out of interest what did the side of Salmon cost? Great looking meal BTW
2.2 lbs. @ $6.75 lb. on sale. Was worth it. Made three meals. Vac packed 4 individual pieces and froze them for another time. Fresh is best, but it'll still work for later consumption.
Thanks. I like to cook.

EDIT: Didn't read label, but at that price I'm sure it was Farm Raised. Still mighty tasty. Made salmon salad sandwich for lunch with leftover.

That's the making's of a fine beer and food fest!
Worked your butt off. Hope all enjoyed. "thumbsup"

Hunter711 like's that :lmao:

We had plenty of food. 20+ adults. We also cooked up four Tilapia on the smoker.

JIA when you gonna do some chicken??

Didn't do chicken on the smoker, it was cooked inside.

I need to get going on chicken so I can get it sorted out. I usually smoke chicken breast to put on Caesar salad or do some beer can chicken once in a while. Never really did much more than that, though.

We need to get together some time so I can get some schoolin'. "thumbsup"

Here's what's for dinner. Pic to stimulate your appetites:
Angle Hair Pasta saute'd with shrimp, olive oil, butter, garlic, ground pepper, lemon, broccoli, topped with shredded parm.
Garlic bread slices.
Cantaloupe chunks on the side. Very quick fixin's.

I could practically live off shrimp. One time I was drinking Tanqueray and tonics eating shrimp all night and got way sick. Didn't learn and naturally I got sick a second time. I'm thinking no way, but yep a third time. So if your gonna drink gin and eat shrimps in mass quantities expect to do some barfing!
