Food/Cooking

my 'go-to' brand. Absolutely every grocery store around my area carries this brand so it makes it easy to get consistent results from a recipe.

Just my opinion, but reducing a method by HOURS would definitely change the results.

I should take a trip down to Boston and hit one of those hole-in-the-wall Italian grocery stores in the North End. I'm sure they probably have some good stuff that is worth trying.

Around here, the one's who want to eat my cooking, always want different thickness on their steaks. So I just bought a slab of beef loin NY Strip and they can cut it the way they want it! "thumbsup"
^Wally would approve I'm sure. :lmao:
Be safe and enjoy the 4th y'all.

Also I found these. Still just as good as they were when I was a kid

I was outside all day at Mid Ohio race track and people were getting crazy about the supposed storm. All staring at their phones. I kept saying, look up, what's that look like? Get off your phone people! Use your palm for something other than holding your phone, oh and by the way, those are Indy cars driving by at full song. Good thing you came here to watch them. It was a 10 minute grey cloud and some wind.

The ribs look delicious. Glad the storm will go by, Ellicott City was literally destroyed last night by the heavy rains that caused the river to overflow.

Quick and easy dinner the past two nights, hot Italian sausage from the meat counter, sliced red bell, sweet onion, a can of tomato and som seasoning.

Pan cooked the links and sweat the vegg with the tomato.
