Food/Cooking

Made some chicken and bacon quesadillas today, man they were good too. Grilled chicken, Smithfield farms thick cut applewood smoked bacon, Sargento cheddar jack cheese, all wrapped up in a sun dried tomato tortillo and topped with a bit of light ranch and some Sriracha.

I'd try it, but I've never found a store bought kraut I like. The place I go to that makes the Rubens I love so much, actually pan fries and caramelizes the kraut as well. SO. DAMN. GOOD.
