Attn: NEWBIES POST HERE<<<<<<

G'day,

Rob from Australia here and new to the Carwler scene.
I have a Cen GSt 7.7 which I got to admit is fun to blast around in (untill you kit something) and have just finished helping my son mod his Super Clodbuster so he can play on the rocks with ti.

Since that i decided I need a crawler myself so working out which way to go..looks like it will be a tube chassis but open to suggestions :)

Hey everyone! The name is Derek. im from Central Illinois around the Peoria area. I am a student right now in high school. i have been into rc since 97' after my cousin bought a clodbuster. i got one and created it to a mod clod and raced it. i sold it a year later without knowing how much the clod would be sought after. my dad had a bruiser still though and he gave that to me. i still have that bruiser. right now im crawling a stock chassis wheely king. there's a wealth of info on this great site which is why i joined. im sotra a noob to rc crawling but am highly knowledgeable when it comes to 1:1 crawling and mudding. I own a 79' bronco with a 4" lift and 35" boggers. 351M mated to C6. :flipoff: i love this site and plan on becoming a supportin this badass site! thanks to you guys in CO!"thumbsup"

I like that. Im happy to be here, thank you.

Frozen North...

Hello all,

I live in Fort McMurray Alberta, about 8 hours North of Calgary.. we just got rid of the last of our snow about 3 weeks ago. Life is getting greener every day. Just started getting out finding some nast rock, dirt, junked pavement piles or whatever we can find. Myself and a few others from around have been trying to round up more people to get things crawling... Thought I'd finally sign onto this site. Have been looking at it for a while now. Some excellent stuff!! Love to post some pics and get some tricks..

Cheers everyone.

Newb (well kinda...) to RC crawling!

My Name is Tyler...I live in OKC, Oklahoma and have been bitten by the crawler bug again. Awhile back I had a emaxx that was in the process of becoming a crawler when I lost interest and sold it. Well, I got rid of my big crawler (97 wrangler) and got a Mustang and still have the need to go slow at times. lol I'm a college student so I will be digging budget builds and such. My RC experience varies from different thing....about 2 months with Helis (electric), about 2 years with emaxxs/tmaxxs and like 3 months with crawling!

I have been thinking about getting another RC lately and decided I don't care to chase down the nitro trucks anymore when they die on me! haha

well new- kinda.......

the name is Barnabie i live in El Paso, TX but grew up in NM.

I have a AX10 with a rooster, integy motor and some other doodads...also have a 1:1 Tacoma that likes to move real slow too! Looking forward to this site!

What's up y-all,

I've been lurkin around for a while and thought it was time to finally make it official.

Names Todd and I currently reside in good old SoCal. I just picked up an AX10 to replace my hacked up TXT.

Now all I need to do is get rid of all my nitro stuff so I can really start moddin the new buggy."thumbsup"

My name is Barry and I'm a noob...

I live in SoCal and have been into R/C for almost 30 years, but just started crawling 6 or 7 months ago. Had several Bruisers, back when they were first released; man I wish I still had those. Now I have an AX10 with some minor mods and I'm looking to build a tuber real soon.

I work for several 1:1 Off-Road race teams and never thought I'd be interested in crawling, 1:1 or R/C; boy was I wrong, at least in the R/C world. Looking forward to learning as much as I can and hopefully won't ask too many stupid questions...

Hi everybody

I'm registered here for a few days allready but haven't introduced myself yet.

My name's Charles and I live in Luxembourg/Europe (think I'm the only one from here). I'm in this hobby for a few years allready an I really like building stuff of all kinds.
Till now, I only had a few onroad RC cars. But since I've got a Clod Buster, I really like moving around slowly on rocks and in field.

Right now, I'm planning on building a TLT tuber crawler.

Hey, I am Nate. I am an engineering student at Oregon Tech and am currently up in Seattle, WA on internship. "thumbsup"

Only running vehicle at this time is my RC10B4. My nitro vader' BX is a project to convert it to a bash-proof brushless buggy with a custom WK tranny case I am designing. I also have a Himoto EXB-16 on the way. (If you haven't noticed I like buggies ^_^)

My WK is in pieces awating me to start my comp project.

Hello everyone,
My name is Aaron. New to the crawling scene but not to rc. Have 5-6 electric and nitro mix already. Been thinking about a crawler for quite awhile. Still undecided what to get. Can't decide between the wheely king, axial scorpion or possiblly go get the berg 2.2 . I have been using the search button but still undecided. To me it looks like the berg would be the best at the moment. Any thoughts or ideas are welcomed.

hello all,
dave from richmond, va. 04 ram on 35's, 85 4-runner on 38.5's and nowhere to go. some buddies of mine talked me into the nitro (t-maxx) and i think its had the same tank of gas for 6 months. purchased a highlux high lift and a scorpion about 5 months ago and now my buddies are hooked on the crawlers and scale rigs.
