Yeti XL Aftermarket Thread

If anyone is wondering about lighting:

I'm using the Axial LED light buckets in the rear and some LEDs rigged up in their own holders for that. On the front are the Hoyfab/Helios RC Yeti-Eyes. They are not a direct bolt on but in that picture I just laid some double-sided tape on the lens housings and they taped right up to the "V" shaped front roof bar.

I just picked some up for myself, but DLux now has an official sway bar kit made by UC Fab! Updated to the OP.

Looks like Hot Racing has a bunch more parts out now. Rear sway, bellcrank, lower links, etc. This stuff any good?

its amazing how the aftermarket is kicking out parts and axial is dragging its &%$
on its stuff ( the sway bar kit to be exact) I already paid for it just waiting but the date keeps getting pushed back.

My Dlux set up arrived, he or someone needs to post a picture of the set screw that holds the tension on the bar. I think that will answer some questions. I don't have any pics with me at work. Really nice set up. Make sure you clean both mating surfaces of the set screw with some sort of solvent, the bar ends and the holes for the bar as well and use enough blue Loctite to help secure the rod in place.

I posted this on RCtech.

Added Vanquish to the list of parts, hopefully they have more in store! I'd love to hold that axle in my hands, I bet it's a beautiful thing.

Currently testing out the DLux sway bars. They were working great for one run on 4S but on the 2nd run I think my Solar may have fried itself and is glitching out (no water). They definitely turn down the twist a bit, but my rear is also pretty soft at the moment so they only can do so much. On my carpet test, the truck wants to wheelie instead of completely hop off the floor, so it's a good start.

Just wondering but how well do the panels hold up? I've rolled mine down several 30ft hills and wouldn't like to see dented panels that need straightened.
