What did you do to your SCX24 today?

i built this from mostly spare parts:

My spare parts pile is getting larger , might have to do something with them soon.

Just got the Injora 66T and Injora gearbox fitted, now to time to play "thumbsup" after a coffee & smoke that is

Installed a Bowhouse LCG kit in the wife’s JLU , moved the battery sideways forward of the transmission, ESC is mounted over the motor . A Hot Racing heat sink to keep it all cool was also installed.

Added 2 Injora TRX4M light kits .

Lights are looking good. Out of curiosity, anything stock left on the rig? Final weight?

Today's task is test some lighter wheels and weight placement. Will be fitting a brass skid plate in a day or so but play time first ... I mean testing  I'm looking for around 55F/45R weight bias, finding 60/40 a tad too heavy on certain descents

Feels like my Bronco performs better at around 588g, rather than the 470g I'm testing the moment.

Replacement motor and gearbox is a vast improvement for the relative low cost ... still adds up though

Well the frame rails , driveshafts, transmission, , bearings, axle housings ,ESC , worm gears , and that rear link riser are still stock . No idea on weight until a visit to the local hobby shop that isn’t so local .

 my local hobby shop isn't so local either  stops me spending more though "thumbsup"

I saw your bronco on the no talking photo thread , very nice !

Much thanks, my first rc rig of any kind ... left it kinda late to find out the joys  It's a work in progress and fun working it all out "thumbsup"

I installed a Treal aluminum skid on my AX24 , there was no issues with the front overdrive trans gears hitting the skid like they do on the factory plastic skid .

I finally fitted the brass skid plate and steel driveshafts to the Bronco, working well so far.

Purchased the red Bronco to throw some extra parts at . Installed Mofo brass front links , 43mm double barrel shocks and the stock tires from my AX-24 . I also hooked the bumper lights up to channel 3 so I can turn them off , on or flash . Connected the headlights to on all the time . Closed the gap with the front bumper using a JLU front bumper mount , you end up lowering the front body post instead of raising it if you do the bronco bumper mount flip .

Threw together a new Lgrp X factor kit. The kit is very well thought out and the machine work is incredible!
