New Toyota FJ body scaler

I've been considering an Ascender. I'm no Toyota FJ fan, but I can't help but like the scale look of the body. If this thing comes out in the next couple months (tax refund season), I will definitely consider it. I'm hoping those links are all metal.

HPI could really set the market if they released a version of this with no body for $300 or less. The Wheely King 4X4 costs $220. I can't see this being any more than $350.

Looks like almost everything the scaler community has been asking for. Well done HPI!

The shock/link mounts on the axle look to be clamp or slide on, similar to a WheelyKing. Not a terrible idea, but I'd like double sheer mounts for those vital components, and it wouldn't mean breaking an axle housing if a link tab breaks.

X2, single shear is not going to cut it, hope HPI is using a better plastic blend than they used to and QUALITY metric hex fasteners, not a bunch of self-tapping screws. ;-)
