More Axial rumors.... SCX6?

You gotta make it 6s and the Nomad completely changes.

Had a chance to run with a SCX-6 on the trail today and it was impressive. For an out of the box RTR, it's surprisingly capable.

I agree, those look really good!!

Lots of new wheel options popping up recently. I hope it continues.

Now, we just need some body options....

Injora posted their alloy wheels on ebay with a 20% discount so I could no longer resist.
They look like repro's of the Black Rhino wheels.
Anyway, I've ordered the silver ones. The other color options look really good as well.

ok this thing is a blast to drive. it has gotten me back into trailing and climbing anything and everything. with its weight it stays planted very well even on steep leans. most fun ive had in years. the only downside i had seen to this being rtr was the electronics. but i was pleasantly surprised. the motor and esc work better than i could have ever imagined. the drag brake is incredibile. spectrum has something here. it put a smile on my face driving again.

I couldn't agree more - I had the same reaction.
A couple things that stand out to me are the incredible lean angle and how well the tires grip. Even on a steep muddy hillside, the truck just seems unstoppable.
The motor and ESC combination seems perfect as well. Tremendous fun!

Those Injora wheels I mentioned arrived yesterday - exactly two weeks after placing the order. Coming from china, i didn't expect to see them until the end of the month. Very happy they arrived so quickly.
Anyway, they look amazing - overall quality is excellent especially considering the relatively low cost.
I don't have a lot of experience with aftermarket wheels so maybe this is normal but the female hex drive is supplied as a separate part. So, the hex drive part is fixed to the end of the axle with the single nylock nut and the wheel with its hub cap are bolted to the adapter with 6 socket screws. This could be seen as a hassle but I guess if one changes the wheels often, they could omit the cap and this would provide direct access to the single nut. Anyway, it's not a problem for me, I just thought it was a little different.

Injora has a US warehouse, as well as the usual one(s) in China. They have definitely upped their game as of late!
