Michigan Roll Call

Well I can't make the trail run.

I am definately up for Davisburg again...what a blast. Though with the Factory Tracks Raceway opening, I'll be racing Nitro every Sunday now...

Got a new body for the AX-10, legal and everything too!

Pics are up...though the belly section I plan to roll under, might just lop it off who knows.

Just wanted to let you all know the mound's in Mt morris is putting in a real rock crawler course for 1.1 and they have a big mud bog and trail ride on turkeyday. So come on out bring your big truck's,quad's,dirt bike's what ever you got and get muddy. Hope to see you there

the bug body that i have is from the new hpi e-savage just had my hobby shop order it. the hpi baha bug that everybody runs is from the hpi rs4mt witch is very hard to find these days because the kit has been discontinued for some time now.

well had a great time today as always, scott dave and rob glad you made it out. it is a different kind of wheeling out on the trails but fun none the less. glad i double water proofed my rig as i once again rolled into the drink, but all is well. just got done making a bracket so i can mount my 8 cell pack on the scaler should have a little more wheel speed. thats all for now take care gary."thumbsup"

thanks for the run guys. I heard ya about the 8 cells, a must when your running a single speed.
good run fellas

yep good to hang with you guys today. That was a fun run. I just wish I had charged by batteries more prior to making the run. Still a great time though. Gary, good to hear you got the 8 cell mounted up. That'll be sweet. I'll have a 2nd rig up and running here shortly and it'll be even more fun for the Commerce run. Good times. Definitely gonna keep crawling. As Scott says. I've been bitten by the crawling bug.

I am going to redo my truck again hopefully it works better with a 55t. I can't see how I put a hole threw my clod body and broke the front clip haha well I am ready for another meet before it snows again in a week or so.

Sorry guys

I would of loved to go the mill run but my ax10 is still in a box. I,m dying to get it going but I,m waiting on stage 2 parts"thumbsup"

The AX-10 is competitive box stock...put it together and when the Stage 2 comes it looks to be a very simple swap, minus drilling the chassis...but thats not even hard.

I have a question about 8 cells on my choosen speed controls, the mighty mighty sucky Tamiya TEU-10. I can't seem to find a max cell rating. I know it runs with 6 quite well and even on Lipo 2S. Anyone think it'll handle 8 cells with a 55T?

I couldn't find any info either for ya, but basing it on the same level as other competitive models that have a 7 cell max. I wouldn't do the 8 cells but if you try it,watch the heat to see how it reacts.
