Michigan Roll Call

My body's nose was a bit in the way at times for the tires since I lowered it before the comp Sunday morning. I got more bling for the aluminum wheels...beveled and countersunk for less rock grabbing.

I don't want to just copy the Bug thing, but it seems to be "THE" body to have.

i here ya! i like my stadium body but it is just too wide in the rear, i would have to hack off too much to work. i'm trying to stay within the 70% body rule. the bug just cut the fenders off and your good to go.

Anyone planning on 1 more meet before the snow hits? Let me know, I have got to get indoor nitro racing gear ready, but I'd make plans again to hit the Davisburg area or somewhere else.

Also anyone have a set of leafs? I need a small set for my scaler. Seems the Juggy's are huge, might not work well.

great time but why do I always have to pick first LOL. I did ok with my set up I never used and that was the first time I ever used my moabs I just need to stiffen up the rear with the new shock set up and I am game for another meet.

Headed back out on lunch to Davisburg with the scaler. Spent about 45
min just wheeling around. What a fun little truck. It was funny on Sunday when I rolled it for the first time, everyone was like ooooo, damn And I pinned it to un-roll it. There is no truck to pretty to drive.

Jake, like I said on Sunday, high lift leaf set 22.00. I got mine from Unimoger for 30 shipped.

Gary, your chassis was doing things your truck body couldn't deal with. Amazing. I'm very impressed with the axial kit.

Jebs, it was good to have you guys there sorry you didn't have better luck with your trucks. i think the Tamiya tg10 axles will help you with a few extra threads to hold the wheels on.

Rob, glad to hear you and the truck are OK"thumbsup"

I still need to locate a proper body, most likely a bug...

Gary, I'll think on those Diaz leafs, kinda heard they break alot, though that is a deal...argh. I'll let you know but don't hold um for me.
