How about handing out negative points for scalism? Such as:
• Hard Plastic body -1
• Custom bed -1
• Tools -1 – I.E. Shovel, Jerry cans, snorkel, tamiya wrench, axe, tow rope
• Spare tires -1
• Functional Lights -1
• Sand Ladder/s -1
• Winch -1
• Trailer - 1

I propose:
Hardbody -1
Tools -1
Spares -1 for as many as there are, so nobody comes onto the course with their truck looking like a tire rack
Lights -1
Winch -1
Trailer -2
1.9s -2

leaf spring -1
so do these rules stand for the scale class this sunday?

As much as I would like to have -4 for leafs etc.....

How did they score them at nationals? I'm having some dificulty locating the "official" scale rules.

2.2 and supers I'm good with.

-must run 1/10 scale body and 85% of the original must remain, save for
custom jobs
-must have visible frame rails, that means in the borderline cases, XCs allowed, Hummers also allowed. That doesn't mean BMV2 style torsions, for all the smartasses out there.
-no rear steer
-any amount of wheels allowed to let in 6x6 mogs and such
-a maximum wheel size of 2.2 inches
-negative points will be rewarded for the following
hardbody -2
1.9 tires -3
scale accesories -1
interior -2
winch -2
Functional Spare -2
Leaf Springs -4

I ran into the same thing, couldn't locate the points for the scale class.

if you print those off we are good, me and gary will have the markers.

2.5 hour run time on 1 pack gonna cut it? I hope to have my new secret weapon pack made...not certain though.

I am about 80% sure I'm there, waiting on an RCP order they mis-shipped. Gonna fight with the Post Office tonight about it.

Your run time should be fine.
