jeepfreek: I'm new to comp crawling. I have a tiny set of pavers and rocks and stones all piled up.

I race competitively in Nitro MT's and Eletric Stadium @ Larrys. No need to worry. Its all about fun, learning, and good times. I would be happy to get last or first or somewhere.

personally I think your're geared too low, ditch the GD and run dual 55T or 65T. Bam Bam does and he seems to run just fine.

I so know what you mean. had to sell my buggy to finish our bathroom remodel. sucks

ton's of guys are looking for 4:10 gears like yours on greatlakes4x4

instead of the gearing you should put a turbo on the jeep to make up for it, you'll be happier in the long run. I re geared my buggy to accomidate my low HP motor and it sucks running outta gears on the road. the turbo will be right at home with your setup and the added load from your larger tires.
