Will hit the smoker @ 6 a.m., then off to work! will probably BBQ 12 to 14hrs

Marinated a pork chop in that hot and spicy Claussen pickle juice, added taco seasoning flavored cheese, lettuce, homemade salsa, wasabi mustard and Ranchero sauce in a wrap.

Sugar water??? I have never tried that. Looks like I have a new thing to try. Very tasty looking my friend"thumbsup"
Later,
Farmer

Took some onion and mushrooms, chopped em up, tossed em in the slow cooker, put two chicken breasts on top of them, then dumped in a can of cream of mushroom and some water on that shit.

Now I will drink beer and not be hungry until approximately 10 o'clock.

Scattman's post looked soooo goood this mourning, I had to marinate some chick wing and cook up for dinner. Of course the usual accoutrements; baked beans, corn o' cob in butter dishes, my cole slaw,
sugar baby watermelon.

Italian sausages that were soaked in beer, onions and peppers, then grilled, then tossed in more beer, onions and peppers to simmer. Oh, don't forget the bacon wrapped beef franks. Sorry for the crappy phone pic... the smoke wouldn't quit following me.

Smokey finger stink. Wonderful.

Minced a half a white onion, took a blob of minced garlic, dumped some McCormick's Original Chicken Seasoning (salt, paprika, onion, black pepper, garlic) and three chicken breasts in the crock pot. Poured in half a Natty Ice.

Plan is to have pult buffalo chicken cole slaw kaiser roll sandwiches and pult enchilada sauced cheesey chicken tortillas/wraps if I put in some romaine lettuce hearts.

"thumbsup"

well?

Made three little almost burrito/almost taco things with the chicken and enchilada sauce and cheese and pretty much inhaled them. I got no pictures of those.

I do have a picture of my buffalo sauce cole slaw sandwich though. With cheese. It was mushy and good.
