I prefer to eat lean (minimizing the fat gainz as much as possible) since I'm currently overeating to get big:shock:. Ignore the yellow stuff on top of the burger, you don't see that.

Do you measure the temp of your burgers? I've been going to about 160*.

I had to beat my meat last night.

Sounds like a fun meal.

No I don't measure meat temp. I was grill cook in a restaurant for many years and judge by touch for the most part. Funny I'm bumping up the fat grains as they melt away and leave a more porous and tender patty. I'm doing another round of burgers this weekend. After an ass of Jameson's I hope to remember to take some pics and maybe a temp.

From this past weekend... Did a pile of dry rub Beef ribs. 12 racks in all.
Dry rub is my own concoction.

The stainless steel gas grill isn't really gas... Removed the burners and its wood/charcoal only :-P

I eat Ramen a couple times a week for lunch. I have no shame! Lately I've been draining almost all the water from them after they're cooked, full salt packet, then put em in front of a fan for a bit, then in the fridge for a little bit and have cold noodles. I need to bring some pork slices, hard boilt egg, green onion and Sriracha sauce with me. Mmmmmmmm.

Hey EeePee...next time you have ramen, drop a raw egg into the boiling soup/noodles. You'll have a nice salty poached egg. Yum! If you're adventurous and have an Asian store nearby, buy some fish cakes. Cut them up thin and let them boil in the ramen.

Or... Blanch them Ramens in hot water for a quick minute and then toss them in a hot skillet with Real Butter and and some chopped garlic and give them a quick fry.

Another option is to slice a bunch of little cherry tomatoes in half and toss them in during the quick fry.

MMMMMMMmmmmm.... Ramens..... Not just for soup anymore!"thumbsup"

Nice chicklet. I've done an egg drop style (stringy) but not just literally drop an egg in there. And I just got over a poached egg kick coincidently. Gotta wisk that water! Open that egg and let the silky yolk flow… I bet that's good!

I've done the quick butter fried noodle, too. Not with tomatoes though. But tomato season from the garden time is coming up quick. And everyone always plants way too many tomatoes. Last year was ridiculous.

Ultimately I like them with pork, egg and green onion. Squirt of sriracha.

I like draining the water & add about 1tbsp Butter & MSG (i mean spice) packet.
I lately have been adding some protein & fat, as well as crossing ethnic lines by throwing a few slices of this
