I really enjoy checking out what you guys eat, it all looks really good. I'm on a high protein/carb- low fat plan though so I can never really eat too much of what you guys usually post anymore.

Nicely done. Coupe of those would be great right now with a stiff Bloody Mary for a perfect Sunday breakfast.

All this stuff looks pretty damn good. I guess I will add a few of my masterpieces from the past couple months.

Beef shish ka-bobs over rice pilaf with corn on the cob.

Yup with a dollop of mashed taters on top, don't get much better than that!

Garlic mashed potatoes, too.

I found that it has been easier to use instant mashed potatoes if you are looking to make it look like I did. They can be made a little thin and piped through an icing bag, or clip the corner off a sandwich bag. If you dont mind a "plopped on look" you can use real mashed and spoon it on there.

I have been super busy at work so my dinners have been less than spectacular lately. I am due to make something good in the next couple weeks. Ill be sure to post it up when I do.
