Last nights dinner consisted of grilled chicken pasta with a tomato base Alfredo sauce. Veggies were sautéed onions, bell peppers, and asparagus with a homemade lemon butter sauce .

I

1) Buy brisket and plenty of beer...er soda of choice
2) Mix and apply dry rub to brisket
3) Soak wood chips apple/hickory (begin consuming beer...er soda)
4) Fire up R2D2-Que (or similar un-awesome grill/smoker) with charcoal. Set up grill for indirect grilling and smoking with central and lower pan. Pour beer in central pan of R2D2-Que above coals (in lower pan):

5) Apply brisket to grille with fat layer up when R2D2-Que reaches temperature
5a) Admire R2D2-Que's awesomeness
6) Consume Beer...er Soda
7) Add coals and soaked wood bottom of R2D2-Que once every 45 min to 1:30 min as needed to keep internal temp of R2D2-Que at 350 degrees
8) Continue #6 and #7 until brisket reaches internal temp of 180 degrees (May take several hours...hence lots of beer...er soda):

9) After #8 remove brisket and let rest for 15 min (if possible)
10) Slice and serve with home made BB-Que sauce of choice and rolls

No picture available...brisket was consumed.
