Food/Cooking

Cols OH set a new record low temp that broke a 100 some year streak.

Nothing fancy here just finished soaking the boudin stuffed chicken in cajole spices and will be marinating some ribs to smoke tonight

Recently found a Welsh cheddar cheese that I like, so I've been cutting some up and mixing it with a fresh Red Delicious apple and some pepperoni chunks. Tonight I added some leftover salad mix and a fresh Maryland 'mater. Got hooked on this Ginger beer. No alcohol in it, just a good flavor with low carbonation.

Eff yeah

I can do all that but the Cilantro, you can keep the soap. Have you tried the tuna sensations in the bags EeePee? They're pretty damned good. The buffalo on Ritz crackers is awesome.

I've had a few flavs of the tuna sacks. They ite.

Cilantro is great. Hater. Freedom hater. Hater of freedom.

Found a local health food store chain called 'Moms'. One of the things in there are these Epic protein bars. So many good flavors to try. So far I'm completely hooked on the Bison and Venison.

Halfway done...

I'll admit, I cheated on this one. I didn't feel like getting up at 4AM on a Sunday to have it ready by 5-ish PM. I put it on the smoker Saturday afternoon for about six hours and then wrapped it, put it in the fridge and finished in the oven the next day. I know... I know... Sacrilege...

Smoked chicken breasts and thighs ready for chicken stew. The other pan is the drippings that get combined with butter for sauteing the vegetables.
