Food/Cooking

Nope. Gimme a straight up corned beef softball wad on rye and horseradish.

I'm with eeepee. A nice corned beef on rye is awesome. I prefer a nice mustard though instead of the horseradish.

The shit just sogs up the bread, over powers the beef and effs up my poop.

Just a little spicy mustard on top. My local deli makes awesome corned beef so it doesn't need much. It does make a hell of a rueben though

Not Slymans.

Jacks, up in the east side suburbs. Been around longer than me.

It's not all that small, really. There was another half there earlier. $12 and worth it.

I can't imagine it gets any better. Though their bread is loaded with too many caraway seeds sometimes. Columbus ain't got shit.

@ Hunter- tell me that you've experienced a Jacks corned beef sammich from Lenny's deli on Lombard St. Well worth the trip into the 'hood.

Go across town and see bob at chaps on rt40 for one of the triples (3 meat) my favorite is the triple d, 1lb pit corned beef, 1lb grilled sausage, 1lb pit beef.. add some onion and horsey sauce and we are going to party..!
